AUTOMATIC LIGHTS !!!!!

Hi there people got a little problem and was wondering if anyone has the solution for it

my auto lights dont work no more on my 182 is this controlled by a fuse or relay ?? anyone else had this happen

Turn your key to position 3, turn lights on and off twice, car should beep and auto lights will go back on.

Check that the auto feature is activated - with the key in the ignition with all the dash lights on, turn your sidelights on and off, then repeat. It should beep at you to tell you it's done ok. Then start the car and cover the sensor to double check.

I turned mine off when I had my 172.

Or you can just dis-connect the battery if you like.

It's sensor at the top of your windscreen below the rear view mirror.

This happened to a guy I work with ... I think it turned out to be a relay under the passenger footwell somewhere ... His girlfriend had yanked it out with her feet! Ooops!
