Awful inconsistent rattle, can't seem to pin point where it's coming from

I have this inconsistent metallic rattle that seems to be coming from behind the gauges ( LHD car). I can hear it very clearly on the inside and I noticed it's almost always there when the engine is at 2k rpm. I had someone rev it to 2k at a stop and I could also hear it very clearly coming from under the wipers. Is there a common metallic rattle coming from there?

Maybe worth looking at the cat to manifold bolts, hard to tell from the video but I have a rattle on mine under similar circumstances and that’s what it is.
You can get a new fitting kit for not a lot of money
