Just had some work done on my car, when i got it back the mechanic noticed the drivers side ball joint needed replacing as its caused some uneven tyre wear. Apparently its a cheap and easy job so i thought id tackle it myself. Checked both tyres and both are worn on the inside. Does this mean i need to replace both ball joints or would the one failing at the drivers side cause both tyres to wear unevenly?
