Battery Relocation problem

Hi guys,

I've relocated my battery to the boot, but when I start my engine, it doesn't start up smoothly...
the battery actually cuts off for an instant as soon as I turn the key, after that then it's fine.

could anyone know the reason?
i'm using a original sized battery with 4awg cables.
