I saw them 2, parked up by the hairpin bend I was in an audi quatro
I saw you too!! We both commented on how great the Audi sounded!! The black 182 looked great - and was being droved properly.

Droved? Haha, you idiot!
What sort of Audi was it? Hopefully as you just referred to it as 'Audi Quattro' it was just that: a rally classic.
And yes, the local name for the hairpin on the A4069 is "Tre-cwcw"
Was the black Clio a KTEC turbo? (B/F reckoned he glanced and saw an intercooler as it flew past lol)
We were up there earlier on in the day, my b/f took an Impreza for a blast up there. He loves that road, his father taught him to drive on it lol
Where are you all from then?
First thing my b/f did was go on pistonheads and looked for a new car, just for the mountain

Gutted. If I had have gone I would have been spotted too!
was the audi red? was just coming out of the hairpin as i was coming into it. looked epic!!!
182chick, that's a quality collection of cars there! And in the snow? Oo, I bet that was entertaining.
Has anyone been down that little unclassified on the left just as you come off the hairpin going down hill? If you haven't I'd highly recommend it, it's an fantastic little road!
Yeah that small road is very tight, some parts are too rough to go over quickly though - great if you want to wreck the suspension. I can imagine cars on 2 wheels there though!
The Quattro is the father-in-law's, but I and the b/f have had a few cars.
Nah, it's fine. It isn't as rough as Wrynose and Hardknott.

Your father in law has very good taste. You and your boyfriend do look to have had a nice collection of cars. I can see what you've got now under your avatar. What does your boyfriend have at the moment?
next south wales meet is being organised over this road again. had a great day last time and there seems to be more interest this time.get your names on the list!!!!

Yeah thats the one
Where the Trophy and 197 were
B/F goes up there whenever he can (lol off his head)
Howdo Keef. Glad to hear you enjoyed South Wales, but then I'm sure you knew you would. The A4069 is fantastic! So twisty, well sighted and silky smooth.
