Bearings (not sure)

right im not sure if it is but im pretty sure. got a low growning noise from the front left bout only at about 2500revs 30mph, speed up it goes theres no noise when turning left tho or right for that matter. im not sure shall i replace it anyway

a bearing will whine all the way at all speeds, and turning one way generally makes the noise stop, and the other louder.
