The vee has gone in for its first service 12000mile/24months (its 2 next month).

They quoted me about £150 for this service, does this sound about right?

I hate it when it goes into the garage, you never know what theyre going to get upto in your car while your not there!

Having some waranty work done as well but I know there not going to want to pay for this because the part that needs changing cost about £335. I bet they try and riggle out of this one!!

Actually £150 sounds quite good to me.

I would have expected a V6 service to cost more. Do they drop the engine subframe to do the service?

As far as I know, yes they drop it whilst its up on the ramp but i dont know if thats for this service or one later on?!

When i pick it up ill post up what they actualy did! well whats on the service sheet anyway!
