Bedford Trackday - My ’spin’ Video Clips!

I have 55 minutes of video, which includes:


filming from my car behind wayne
wayne filming me behind him from the back of his car
racing a v6 for several laps
me driving like a loonie with no-one around
...and lots more
Ive cut it down to a few little files so you can all laugh at my spins. (All files are in Windows Media format). PS. Excuse the swearing (18 rating)

Firstly heres me spinning in front of Kathy cause I went onto a wetter line.

Then as I tried to get away from the v6 I spun 2 corners further on

Some other nice shots were me on 3 wheels (quite hard in the wet!)

and lastly a nice shot of me driving up the pit lane at the end of the day, when most of the cars were back in the pit. For those that went, see if you can spot your car.

I was a bit hesitant when I first saw the rain but wouldnt have changed it for any other weather after the day. Roll on next time...!!!

great this new satellite connection, downloaded all the same time in under a minute!

true, the small vids downloaded pretty much instantly so had the others all ready to click away........know what i mean

Jesus, it looks like half the 172/Cup/V6 population was in that pit. Correct me if im wrong, but did I see a mk1 V6 in BLUE in the pits, next to the red one?

The V6 in Blue is one of only nine so rather rare !

J it looks crazy mate hope you are going to bring the video camera down to the york 1/4 cause on the way down to the strip there are loads of twisties as well and I can give you a hand editing a video if you want ?

yeah its a one way satellite internet dedicated running up to 2mb/s. check out the post in the off topic, do a search on satellite on off topic youll find it.

papa, I might have kept it in a straight line but I would have drifted off into the grass, I was already getting a slide on at that point, but yeah, those bedford instructors would have easily kept that on track. Maybe next time I will I hope!

slugger/kdf, Ill see if I can convert it, but Ill be burning it to DVD so Ill give you a copy of that wayne as well.

mrbean, there were def. 2 cliosport v6 members there, maybe more. Hopefully a few will sign up after seeing our stickers?!

I was behaving myself on a cool down lap - minding my own business (or trying to anyway!!) - after a few hairy moments with an instructor in the car saying constantly "power, power, power ..." and its scary what happens when you do that and then take the effing power off ... thats all I have to say!!!

and its definitely yellow, not gold - although the quality of the video camera obviously isnt that good, cos the colours not as bright as it should be!!
