Been a bit quiet lately



  53 Clio's & counting
Iv not been on too much lately, the Clio so far has done 300 miles this year, and eventually after 143k something went wrong with it!

Ever since iv started selling cars iv been using whatever iv had, but a few weeks ago i planned on taking the Clio to work, but she fired up on 3 cylinders, engine light flashing, checked on RS Tuner and 2 faults:

Injector 1 open circuit
Injector 1 fault

So im guessing injector or wiring, so i got a set of 4 injectors off a low mileage Clio (Thanks Prophet!) and she fired up lovely!


So when for a little A/B road blast, its weird how i enjoy that car so much, iv done not far off 40,000 miles in it, and i still love it every time i get in.

Anyhoo, its not SORN'd :( due to me having to tax 2 other cars, so planning on doing a bit of tidying while she is not being used:

Another wheel colour change (number 5 now lol)
Brakes will be stripped and cleaned
New rear discs and pads
Full detail
Interior will be fully stripped and cleaned
Engine bay will be partially stripped, cleaned and tidied
Battery moved
New inlet route made

Plus a few other bits

Miss it already :(

Fletch is catching me, needs to get on with it though, he is slacking ;)
 
  Lots of Alfas
Mines approaching 100k. I hope to do another 100k after that having bought it on 50k. Its soon due its 2nd cambelt change.
