ok, snapped timing belt, 8 valves bent, head reconditioned and valves replaced. Rockers set (finally got rid of the tapping), but when i was fitting the new timing belt (which went well for my first time!) obviously i had to take the alternator and power steering belts off - which is when i noticed that half of the belt was missing its grooves, and the belt was heavily cracked - so decided so i can atleast drive the car, i'd take it off until i get a new belt, atleast it means i wont get any nasty surprises.
Now, i cant find the power steering belt (yes its two seperate belts) in dialogys, or anything on eurocarparts that sounds like the right belt.
Its a BB0A (1.2 8v D7F), so if anyone can help, it'd be appreciated!
