Belts and Dephaser

Ok so my belts are due their second replacement early next year, but my dephaser seems to be whining with the random flat spots. Should I have the work done sooner to sort my dephaser?

Anyone recommend a garage in Leeds to do the works?

RSTuning are in Leeds, i've never used them but loads of people on here have, they're meant to do good work.

They specialise in rolling road remaps, but i'm sure they do normal servicing/engine work aswell.
