belts done :D and now oil change and clean?

hey all
i got my belts done all in for £180 friend of the family mechanic did it

anyway i am wanting to do an oil change now.. i was wondering how do i clean out the engine?

what product do i use and whats the best way to do it?

did you change the water pump too? these are a very weak point on the 1.2

don't bother Flushing out the engine, just change the oil and filter

no i didnt he took it out and was only going to change it if there was anything wrong with it. so i trust his judgement lol if not i can blame him lol

just keep an eye on the water level, the pumps always start leaking after about 60K
