Benifits of a Gripper of LSD? Which door cards fit best?

We are currently in the middle of doing our 182 2005 trackday car upto racing spec.

i have two questions
1 - Grippers over an LSD. Benifits? Better?
2 - Door cards which fit without to much messing about. Are the K-Tech ones worth the money?

1. Yes, I'd also look into a different final drive. From theoretical work I've done on ratios the 13/59 final drive is the one to go for with a 39/32 5th gear. Standard 5th is 39/31 whic is too long and I think the 37/33 which often gets fitted could be a bit short perhaps.

2. I'd get the ones from CMComposites for less money
