Best air filter for a 1.2 16v

Nearly just pressed "buy" and ordered a K&N filter as advised by a mate of mine!

But then i thought i'd consult u guys who have probably done it all before, Any suggestions?

nowt wrong with k & n tbh , you not gunna get super performance results from any of them . so cheap is also good , plus the fact its well known name

I had a Pipercross on mine for a while. Made a lovely sound but I found it actually lost me a bit of power.

Standard was far better. If you just wanta bit of noise then get a Pipercross.

haha yea im not expecting anything to be honest! but as for the noise id rather keep it at a minimum. K&N it is then!

I got Pipercross, didn't loose power tbh, noticed slight change in torque but nothing worth boasting about.. Unfortunately my exhaust noise overpowers my induction noise *hmph*

Cba to go back to standard, looks gr8 under the bonnet anyway even if it doesn't do much to power gains!!!

I noticed the difference with mine. Didnt sounds any different, but there was a slight power gain.

Just heard some stuff about BMC filters being the better choice? who knows ey?

the ktec with relocation pipe looks nice in the bay, but i think people have had power loss with em. Still think youll need to get a feed for the k&n though

Does seem to be the filter of choice on here but TBH K&N & Green panels are just as good.
