best app for uploading photos - either for personal or forum?

Hi all.

So, I'll get an iPhone when I can be bothered to get round to it but in the meantime I was wondering what the "best" solution is for being able to upload photos, either for posting in here or for just storing on the web.

Picasa? Imageshack? I don't know.
