Best Brakes? Guide?

I need some new disks for the front, which are best?

I've got Black Diamonds on there at the moment.

Also, do I need to change the pads at the same time, these are apparantly fine at the moment, just the disks are worn. Pads are RenaultSport ones.

no fred but andrew is very help full and i know that all the pads he sells he has tested on his own car and you will find it hard to get them any cheaper i know because i have tried
