best broadband supplier ?

as title, i have had enough of my 2 meg talktalk broadband, they have put restictions on certain downloads i.e peer to peer etc, so im looking for a better supplier, would like 1meg or above, dont want capped limit or strangled peer to peer, any ideas ?
