Best Cams for 172 Cup

Well im looking to get a set of cams in my 172 but want a uprated set of cams that will give me best of both worlds as use car most days.

So nothing to harsh and track focused and needing standalones etc but nothing basic.

A bit in between really.

What do people recommend?

438's from Dan at 519 Automotive - what Sam and I run in our race car - no ITB's for me...£500 + fitting as opposed to 2 - 3K - no brainer really and I'd have them in my daily if I wasn't a tractor boy.
