Just got my new laptop today. I had limewire on my old pc but didnt care about it getting virus's etc. Which is the safest program to use, I may not use an atall if the risks are too high.

Thanks

Brett

i always used azureus but i've not used bit torrent for ages now, I do rapidshare and newsgroups although my preference is rapidshare.

For simple downloading, you cant beat Frostwire. Its P2P, but a nice free firewall or virus program should help too.

Other than that, Torrents are the next good thing. I think newsgroups are the best, but you have to pay for these.

I use utorrent.

If you use type Torrentz in google and click on the 1st website thats a good seach engine for torrents
