Whats the best kinda oil to use on 2001 dci65?

Just use the stock stuff and change it ever 9k it does wonders. You can tell the difference.
There is special Millers 5-40 diesel oil out now but I'd just stick with the stock stuff its approved for most cars.

Oil filter yes possibly.
Air filer i don't see any point unless you live in a dirty city where it will get dirty an clogged quickly.
The filters the same as the 80hp model so its fine for 18k in then 65hp is easily big enough.
