Best place to buy number plates

Looking to get a new set of number plates made up for my personalised reg plates.

Wanted to know where's the best quality and also the cheapest places to use? I want the best price but obviously nice plates too! Done a few searches but a lot of links are too old too use etc.

Tried fancy plates but they're £20 for a standard set and unsure on how much for clean plates, where else can I try?

£20 from Fancy Plates is cheaper than Halfords (is that including CS discount? If you still get it?) eBay will do them for £8.

got my new ones off fancy plates. The standard ones are great, all the legal writing etc is quite discreete if thats what you're after:
