Best Spyware Out There???????

Got mcaffe security centre got;
anti virus
anti hacker
anti spam but no anti abuse, is this the spyware bit????????

Is this any good, system seems slow, not sure whether this caused by microsoft service pack 2??????????

Any ideas from you experts is really helpful.

Seen post on nopaypal & spyware got me thinking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i use adaware and spybot. i got mcafee too as a firewall. the virus scan on it never finds anything tho

Personally, I think Microsoft Anti Spyware is the best. And its free.

SpyDoctor is very good and will deffo pick up plenty the microsoft one misses, spybot search and destroy is also very good and free, try www.download.com

well i use spybot and adware and that seems to do the job for me, i have avg for the virus scanner i had it a few months and its detected 1 or 2 viruses so it must be working, i do download alot of crap tho

I would run a hardware firewall, nod32 for antivirus and MS antispyware. I generally avoid norton/mcafee as they do slow things down (check your task manager, you probably have 10 billion mcafee processes).
