Best tyres for a cup??

Picking up my first cup this weekend! Needs new front tyres though, i usually go for Eagle F1's but from what i'v read they have been discontinued...

Whats the replacment called? Or any other tyres you rate for a cup?

They still do the GDS3s in smaller sizes, but larger sizes (17" and above I think), they have been replaced by F1 Asymetrics

i got Eagle F1 GSD3's the other day so you can still get them, and i recomend them. on my 3rd front set on the 172 in 8 months

I got a set of eagle f1s in 205/45/16 a couple of days ago too. Im not sure whether its a grab them while you can sceanrio but they seem in plentiful supply at the moment.

Get the 182 size tyres in what ever you get, 205/45/16 instead on 195/45/16 I upgraded to 205 PE2's an think tere great, made a huge difference!

Anyone use Falken FK452's? I use them on my 200sx and so do most people on the sxoc. They last ages, grip really well, both in wet and dry and they're cheap aswell.

i was considering with the eagle f1s which iv had in my current car, michelin pilots or the conti sports... Which ones would last longest?
