Best way to compare 2 excel files?

Annoying I have an Excel file with a list of domains etc for work, but due to a time issue I've now got 2 of the same document with some entries missing on each!

Has anyone used any software to merge documents or to compare them and see which ones are missing?

I'm not sure of the best way to go about it as I've not run into anything like this before!

I was thinking of using something like examDiff but not sure if it supports excel files!

I'd just put a lookup on each referring to the other file, and see what's missing that way.

Or is that too simple/not possible?

Found a decent way,

1)
i) Select the data
ii) alt-D-F-A-R (Data->Filter->Advanced Filter->Unique Records)
then copy to somehere else.
