Best way to help save an over exposed image

My wife wants to use an image for her website but it’s over exposed.

Is there any way to make this look slightly less white and more of a normal

Hopefully it was taken as a RAW so you can get the best of the image.

Adobe Lightroom should fix it unless it's a ridiculous amount.
