Best way to remove paint from alloys?

Can anyone help me with this?

the alloy refurb company said it would be easier for my to remove the paint myself and cheaper.

So any advice or products etc would help.

Sandpaper...... You wanting to strip them down pre refurb yeah?

nitromorse... just make sure you sand and wash it after to get rid of all the nitromorse

Local sandblasters if you have one,

Say goodbye to many hours removing paint to bare metal by hand.

if you put it on then use some steel wool with a pair of gloves on and it should come off

Pay for sandblasting, unless you have hours of spare time & lots of elbow grease

Too much effort to bother.... sandblasting is the way forward. Shouldn't cost you much at all.

Blasting or acid dipping. It's too tough for anything else

As Fred says any DECENT refurb company should do the whole process, but other wise get em sandblasted i dropped a set off today at my local place between £5-10 per wheel not much when you offset it against your many hours of time to rub them down and lack of skin on your fingers.
