What are the torque settings I need for the rods to the crank?

Mate when I did mine they were 40nm but they were the ones that came with my catcam rods. I read a while ago Icarus saying thay ARP bolts should be torqued up (think 40nm) and undone, 3 times before torqueing them up for good.

I've also just had a read through my workshop manual but can't see anything in there

if they're ARPs and you havn't got a stretch gauge, they're 47Nm

measure the amount the bolt stretches under tightening torque
