Bit of guidance

Just bought myself a silverline d/a not the best i know but it will do .

Basically my girl friends corsa c has lota of really bad swirl marks previous owner washed it in supermarket washers :/

So id like to get it looking back to how it should .

I have used poorboys black hole onit bu hand before it did come up better but still not the best .

Now with this d/a will i need to use a cutting compound and pad intill the swirls start to disapear then apply a seal and wax ?

Just wondering if sumone can point me

Thought silverline only did a rotary. I would read the stickies at the top.
