Bit of help please...

Was having a look around my engine bay today and ive spotted, a little oil on top of the spark plug cover (thats wat i think it is anyway)
Anyone ideas why...

Spark plug cover? Or the plugs that plug down the holes? If anyone can help me also i have oil on the chassis were the top engine mount is rocker cover gasket?

Cover, on top engine...

It's the rocker cover. Posting a pic is the best option. My 172 used to leak through the bolts, but it was sealed.
