Black borders??

Might be posted in wrong section but how do people put borders on like this?

Hope someone doesnt mind me using the photo.

Mine are made in Photoshop

Is there like an automatic button or something???

I created them myself to the size I wanted it and saved them as file with a transparent background. Then use a Photoshop action to apply them to a folder of images.
