My standard 1.4, very much agree with the earlier quote they look good when theyre clean, with a black one, just means you have to clean it every week or so, oh well, its worth it after 3 hours and its gleaming

i just black turtlewax wax, comes in a smallish bottle and is great for bringing up the black plastic and covering up the white bits where i accidentaly catch it with the normal body wax.

ill get some of that tomorrow..

i had a bit of an accedent today as well backing the car back into my carport, i kind of accedently rubbed the left mirror a few cms accross the wall leaving behind a few scratches

lol ive only been driving a month though so ive got an excuse.. it was the first time i did it as well, because my dirve is on a hill and then i had to back it into the tight space and well, the mirror got it. aint that bad though. so tomorrow morning ive got a bit of back to blacking to do and dab in the scratches.

Here is my old 1.2 16v Dynamique. With Xenons, carbon bonnet, climate and electric pack.

Even now that i have my 172 i still miss it. I loved that car.

They are gunmetal, NOT anthracite btw.

Worth doing if you have a car that would set the dark rims off. Silver, Red etc
