black private plate spotted in coop skegness yesterday at around 4pm

Hi, saw a gorgeous clio parked in coop in skegness yesterday, private plate R*** XX something like that, black sunstrip with white writing and nice black alloys, drove past me with the car full with the music blasting. Driver was wearing a beanie hat, looked about 23.
