220 Trophy, EVO 8
After 4 years of owning a flame red 172 ph2 I recently upgraded to a black R27.
I immediately fitted the cup spoiler as it's a must have on these cars
Everything else is pretty much stock.
I am just looking for a solution to fix that kangorooing on cold starts as it's really annoying! I've read that I could fix this with a remap so I think I'll just use my RSTuner. Does anybody have any experience with Henk's maps on a R27? Does the kangorooing go away?
And that "gap" at around 2500rpm? WTF? I put my foot down and at 2500 feels like I lifted...
Anyway, as for the difference between my previous car and this one, I noticed the steering wheel has a completely different feeling and the brakes are sooooooooo much better and overall the car handling is 2 to 3 times better than the 172's and I had 182 cup suspension but still the chassis seems to be more stiff around the corners.
Well, here are a few shots I took 2 days ago.
The car still has tinted rear windows on these photos.
I removed the dark vinyl from the windows just yesterday as I didn't see anything when going reverse at night Will post some more new photos when I have more time...
