Blade Fuse Voltages?

I blew the 30A fuse last night while fitting a new head unit and now I cant work out what kind of fuse it is.

I know its a blade fuse I need but google is coming up with strange voltages like 32v, which sounds pretty high for a car... especially when the battery is only 12v.

Anyone know where to get them and what kind I need?
