Bleeding brakes

Should I do this BEFORE or AFTER fitting my new discs and pads?

My thoughts are after but I'm interested what you guys think and/ or if there is a convention.

Cheers for any help! :)

it doesn't matter, but you may as well do it afterwards (may need to draw some fluid from the reservoir if you're also fitting new pads and your olds were noticeably worn)

my question, why are you fitting discs and pads at this time of night :p

when bleeding do the side opposite to the resevior first,

the way i do it on clio's is:
N/S rear, N/S Front, O/S Rear, O/S Front

Cheers lads! :)

Is it worth investing in an Eezi-Bleed system? Not sure I could get the wife's help for the time this malarkey takes! (short attention span when it comes to cars!) I've found one for £13 delivered on eBay...

Eezi-Bleed is very handy. As long as you get a good seal on the reservoir and you make sure there is not too much pressure in the tyre you hook up to it.

Seen one go pop when stuck on a truck tyre!!

After and think the order is right rear, left rear, left front, right front.

This was the only order that worked for me after sucking air in, so I would personally recommend this. Oh and definitely after, unless you want your reservoir to overflow when you fit the new pads & discs.

I would get the Eezibleed kid, Its a pain in the ass to get a good air seal but works well once you have..

Ive got a guide in the guides section if it helps.
