Bleeding coolant system

Car  S2000
How should you bleed the coolant sytem on a valver? Should you just run the engine with the expansion cap off and the bleed nipple on the raditor open? or just run it with the cap off and then after it gets up to temperature open the bleed nipple till coolant runs out?

I just want to make sure that I've bled the cooling system properly on the valver as it seems to run a tad hot.

Thanks.

Just keep pouring water and coolent in till in runs out of the bleed screw on the rad.

Run car for ten minutes, check if hot air can be blown out, if so. alll is good. If not, keep cap of coolent tank and run car for ten minutes with it off at high idle.

should sort it out..
