well,was suppose to pick the 197 up last night. It hasnt even left the depot yet. They told me the wrong reg no & they're not sure when its coming. I have been waiting since the 11th may,then they said the 5th june then the renault letter said the 9th june! :dapprove:

I feel like im being pissed about! Do you think i'd be pushing it 2get sum free mats n a tank of fuel? Im really getting to the point where i wanna tell them 2stick the deal!

You have the right to pull out of the deal if the car is not delivered to you 28 days after original delivery date. Have a letter written up stating that you want to cancel your order. Go speak to the New Car Sales Manager and state your position and ask him what he's willing to do. You should be able to get mats, petrol and alittle bit more. Thats what i did...

With the way the car market is at the moment, most dealers will bend over backwards to keep you happy, and to go back to them when service time comes around

Give it a good check over. There's a chance they might have scratched/dented it. We get brand new cars thrown over to us from all our dealer sales departments every now and then which have had damage during transit. The car is repaired by us and the customer picks it up from the dealers a few days later none the wiser. Just check it over anyway for telltale signs.
