does this sort of thing only happen to me? i spent about 3 hours this morning cleaning my cup inside and out, i even got the autoglym polish out and polished it for the very first time since ive bought it, then polished the glass then decided to take a run to the renault dealer on the outskirts of town for some touch up paint (£7.78) and on my way there i drove under a bridge and holy s**t!!! i honestly thought somebody had thrown something at my windscreen from the bridge but no, it was the biggest bird s**t i have ever seen all over the screen and the roof!! looked like it had been on the vindaloo. had to go back home after the garage and get the bucket out again to wash it all off! i remember the same thing happening when i had my valver about 10mins after i had spent ages washing it. im gonna buy a gun and shoot the f**kers!!

i had the same thing just this morning got up early to clean the car, washed it, dried it, started to put the wax on, turn round to get a cloth to take the wax of and a seagull has shat on the bonnet the screen the roof and it gone down the near side wing..! and it stinks. i hate living on the coast.

I have a small tree in my front garden so the birds land on that and sh1t on the cup.

I have taken to shooting at then with a bb gun... The feckers learn after a while!

I have a theory about this.

When your car is clean and shiny, the bird sees its own reflection in the shiny paintwork and thinks its another bird. That scares the sh*te out of it. LOL
