Blue 172 cup, Yate, Bristol

Was just going round a roundabout by coming from iron acton (by the great western business park) and as i went round, saw what looked like a Blue 172 cup going round it the other way, (towards iron acton)
Think the No. Plate started with 'HT'

But then again... i may be wrong, ws in a bit of a daze at that point.
