Blue 182 pulled by cops (M62)

Saw a blue 182 on the hard shoulder of the M62 west bound at about 3.20pm on tuesday, with 2 cop cars either side

lol oops - between which junctions? Im up and down there a lot - i better keep my eyes open lol

Not sure of the junctions, i was on my way to wigan. It was well before the m60 though. 2 marked police cars where either side of the 182 with flashy lights. No one was in the 182 so presume he/she was getting a good talking to!
