Bluetooth streaming adapter

Hi guys

Quick one, I have a Becker upgraded head unit with a 30 pin iPod lead in the glovebox.

The head unit also acts as my hands free Bluetooth (it's a oem upgrade).

I stream my music from spotify from my iPhone 5c and thought about adding this to the lead in the glovebox? http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00BFW23P2/?tag=cliospnet01-21

Or will something like this, essentially do the same thing for 10% of the price?

Could you not just get the 30pin to lightning adapter? Or u wanting it out the glovebox?

Was going to suggest an autolead io play, but it wouldn't cut out for bluetooth as it's wired between the stereo/speakera
