bonnet damage

Hi Everyone

My 172 Has some damage on my bonnet after something, I think a rock, bounced out of a trailer I was following. There are two dents and the paint work around it is looking nasty after I pressure washed the car. Check out the pics.

Does anyone know a garage in the Portsmouth-Southampton area who they would recommend to fix it please? Haven't had much joy so far.
