Boot Build - Amp mount ideas?

Okay, I'm making two panels like this - they are both the same one for the left and one for the right. I've already seen some guys on here who have done it but anyone got nay suggestions on how's best to secure these panels into place? I've got the carpet to carpet them and the small gaps on the sides and going to be filled with flexible mdf and carpeted over. The void behind leave me plenty of space for all my wires as I am going to drill them all through the panel. Any suggestions????

2 ways

1. Build a false floor and attach them to that. Thjis allows you to hide the screws

2 use the existing screw in the plastic shelf mounts to secure it but you need to do one for the back of the panel as well

however I would use thinner MDF they will stick out a fair bit

do these go under the plastic parcel shelf supports? u could attatch it through them, either screw straight in or use small right angled metal supports (u can get them cheap at b+q). dunno how to fix at bottom, maybe a bit of wood across the boot? wud leave a lump tho...
u cud always just drill into the walls. but with suspension and fuel lines nearby, make sure u know what ur doin!! lol

I def don't like the idea of screwing into the walls! I don't really want to drill/screw anything through the metal at all. I was considering getting some blocks of wood for the base of the boot and rather than screwing them down, No Nail them down. I can easily get hold of some Gripfill or Stick Like Shi* from work! lol I'd prefer not to use thinner mdf as it tends to flex and bend. Especially with the varying temperatures in the boot!!! I don't think they should stick out too far? I hope anyway!! Not sure about a false floor either, would make access to the spare a little awkward?? Do you think using the existing shelf support screws would work??? Enough support?
