Boot lock

Does anybody know if a mark 2 phase 2 boot lock will fit a mark 2 phase 1? I fancy a change and my boot lock looks awful.
 


Cheers, anybody actually done a swap as id like to see what it looks like with the slightly different rear end of the phase 1?
