Bose Sound Dock 2

Hi, Im thinking of getting this for my I phone,

BUT, Can i use it to replace my computers speakers? Currently Im running a Logitech 2.1, But want to get rid of this and replace it with the ipod dock and use it for my PC sounds. Is this possible?

if your planning on spending that sort of money look at the B&W zepplin it has a line in so you could use it as a pc speaker aswell..

I have Companion 3's. Bass kicks like a b**ch in the small office room. It's all about placement with the Companions i think. Soundock seems to work everywere

I personally love my computer speakers, they are old look wise but amazing, better than Bose when I have compared

i like the bose stuff.

altho i do have jbl and harmon kardon pc speakers. loving the bass hehe.

altho my samsung 2.1 sounds better than the rents bose 2.1 tbh. think they have lost their way a bit tbh.

Zepplins are cool. anything else sounds broke'd in comparison.

Have to be honest I tried the Bose sound dock the other week with my iPhone was in the shop and saw one so thought I would just plug my phone in and see how it sounds.

I didn't think very much of it at all.

The Zeppelin does sound nicer.

The beauty of Bose is, you can get the portable model, which I think is great for taking on holiday or using for BBQs etc. Can you imagine taking the Zeppelin to Spain or Greece with you next time
