Both Doors Won't Shut!! - Help!?

Right was cleaning the inside of the car and was cleaning around the inside of the doors and the locks where looking dirty so I was cleaning them and then they moved to the position in the picture below and now the door wont shut because I think its locked from the outside. Both the keys and the inside lock dont work so I have no idea. Any help?!

Stick your finger in and unlatch it. If it's stiff, use a screwdriver.

It looks dry as f**k though- get some grease in there.

Stick your finger in and pull it out.

Towards the car.

stick your finger in the gap marked with the green arrow,

hold the inside door release lever out, and move your finger in the direction of the red arrow! lol

Right the door handle does nothing. You physically cannot pull in no matter what. Any other suggestions?

Screwdriver and a hammer?

Take the door card off and see what the cable is doing possibly?

You sure its not frozen? I have just washed a car and it was turning to ice before I even made contact with it!

Heat it up a little, some lubricant in it and set of long nose pliers in the gap pulling them open.

Interior door handles not moving it? As said you just need to push it outwards.

If the door handles are not releasing that, it's frozen or you're doing something wrong. Are you trying to pull the handles with the car locked?

If the mechanism froze slightly, you might have opened the handle and the rod could have popped out of the clip...

If you take the door card off you can see how the door handles attach to the rod.

Edit the car is unlocked isnt it? you havent blipped it closed etc
