Brake balance

Hi, just mounted my brembo kit by Noos (good kit btw) the other day, and was wondering...

Do i need to balance the increased braking in the fromt with an increase in the rear?
if yes how, a megane rear set as noos has done, or could i just get away with better pads?
A mate told me not to worry as due to being such a short wheelbase clio's do most of the braking in the front anyway.

there's not enough weight to the rear to need an upgrade. There's actually quite a heavy restriction to the rears, if they're less restricted the car will change ends under braking
