Took my car for its MOT yesterday and he couldnt get much out of my rear brakes on the check once he had it on the ramp he noticed that on the compensator it looked like there was a spring missing or something missing should there be a spring on the compensator?
renault needed to bias the brakes somehow, as the master cylinder is split 50/50 so they just fitted a compensator from the non abs models and removed the actuating arm..
they cant do alot.. the back end is so light
i've biased mine to about 300kg effort on the front and 100 on the rear, and even like that the back end will lock up before the fronts
need to tone it down to about 50
