Brake Discs? price?

hi guys,
just got back from stealers after havin back box replaced and now need some brake discs all round by the looks of things, can anyone help me out, don't want to pay over the odds as i dont have the cash, just some good ones fitted?

ps anywhere in or around warrington?

Buy some brembo max 280mm (standard size) for the fronts from your local branch of gsfcarparts.com they're good quality and very reasonably priced

Seems unlikely you need rears at the same time as the fronts as the rears do next to no breaking. If you do need the rears just get the standard discs and pads from gsf aswell

Yeah they all ay that....mine is in for a wheel bearing under warranty and they said all discs and pads need done too lol, ok they maybe under the limit they recommend but my breaks are fine and theres still a decent bit on the pads, and the discs are fine...at most just get the fronts done....the stealers are a joke!

Front pads and discs were £113 from GSF when I looked online the other day and that includes free postage as well.

just front discs??? £59 from us plus fitting (inc vat)

rears are £150 (inc vat + complete with new bearings and ABS rings)

fitting would be around 1hr per axle at £45ph + vat

the fronts are the main focus cos they were marked as urgent but the rear discs were jsut brought to my attention and i dont have much cash at the moment.

Is It £59 for each disc or both? and does this include fitted with the pads or are they seperate??

Sorry about this fred, i only know how to drive and even thats not the best!! I dont have a clue about this stuff, just what i learn reading through these forums!

what make of parts is that for though??

a bit over the top

discs are £59 a PAIR (brembos)
pads are £47.50 for the fronts (EBC greens)

fitting would be approx 1.5hrs

so total from us is £185.80, but thats for uprated parts

Also if its not to much to ask, do you change the cam and aux belts? if so how much for parts and fitting? (this would be later date, july ish)
