Brake fluid level

What is the correct level for the brake fluid as I can't find the indicator on my bottle, it's covered in crap n won't budge?

the correct indicator is where the bottle is joined (raised ridge) you have to do it by eye as its impossible to see the level.

I just poured mine in and wobbled the bottle at the same time with a torch pointing at it. 2 minute job mate
